About Pilates

Pilates is a gentle form of exercise which focuses on improving joint mobility, core strength, balance and posture. It also leaves you feeling relaxed with a sense of well-being.

Can Anyone Do Pilates?

Because Pilates is gentle and non impact it is suitable for most men and women of all ages. All of our classes are suitable for complete beginners.

What Do I Need to Bring?

Please bring a mat if you have one but if not , don’t worry I have one you can use. We use various pieces of equipment in class including balls, bands and Pilates circles. All this equipment can be loaned to you for your first few classes. Use of the equipment is always optional. I also recommend bringing a small cushion or rolled-up towel to support your head.

Do I Have to Book?

To book your place either send me an email, text or call me to let me know which class you are coming to. Please contact me to check class availability.
